Smarvet is not liable for any damages that occur during transport, installation, or after delivery of the products. Once the products are handed over to the chosen transportation provider, all risk associated with the product passes to the customer.
7. Product Exchanges
We do not offer a return policy for the products we manufacture. However, if there is a need for specific parts or components to be replaced or exchanged due to quality issues or business requirements, we will work with you to produce and deliver the necessary parts under a mutually agreed arrangement.
